Full Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance

Four Seasons Group subsidiary JCW had previously project managed the mechanical and electrical refurbishment of the Aztec West offices in Bristol which included the installation of Mitsubishi VRF systems, fresh air supply and extract throughout and complete replacement of the lighting.

ST  MicroElectronics were so impressed with the professionalism of the work and the technical expertise of our staff that on completion of the refurbishment programme they were keen to enter into a long term maintenance contract to the complete building services.

The building at Aztec West is two storeys high and accommodates up to 300 people, including the central IT department and specialist staff, with equipment requiring comfortable conditions to operate in. A contract was awarded to Four Seasons Maintenance for a 5 year period providing a full time engineer to the site along with 24 hour cover from our mobile workforce. In addition to the Aztec West site we have subsequently picked up a maintenance contract in the Daventry Office and been asked to quote for small works projects at Marlow and Edinburgh.

Our client has also benefited from Four Seasons being a Mitsubishi Business Solutions Partner, where we are able to offer the manufacturer’s 5 year equipment and labour warranty and annual health checks on the sophisticated air conditioning equipment, by undertaking laptop investigations and technical assistance of the highest level from engineers who are all Mitsubishi trained.
